Redemption of Debenture Stock Whitbread today announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Whitbread Group PLC("WGPLC") has convened separate meetings of holders of its £200,484,515 11.625%Debenture Stock due 2011 and £100,000,000 8.125% Debenture Stock due 2021. Eachmeeting, which will be held on Thursday 30 August 2007, will considerextraordinary resolutions relating to the early redemption of such stocks andthe price payable on such early redemption.
