Death of Quindell Non-Executive Vice Chairman

It is with great regret and sadness that the Board of Quindell has to report that Tony Bowers, the Company's Independent non-executive Vice Chairman of Quindell, passed away yesterday afternoon.

David Currie will serve as Acting Senior Independent Director and take on the responsibilities on an interim basis. As previously communicated, the Board expects to announce further non-executive appointments in due course.

Robert Terry, Chairman of Quindell, said: "Tony was a much valued member of the Board, providing insightful and considered advice throughout Quindell's development and his counsel, experience and support will be greatly missed. I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to his family at this very difficult time."
