It is with great regret that the Board of Premier announces the death of Professor Dr David Roberts, a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Professor Dr David Roberts had been a Director of the Premier Board since June 2006.

Mike Welton, Chairman, said:

"David, a renowned industry explorer, contributed greatly to the business bringing to bear the benefit of his huge experience. The Board and all of David's friends and colleagues at Premier are deeply saddened by the news and our thoughts are with David's family at this difficult time."
