River and Mercantile Group PLC announces the death of Paul Bradshaw, Non-Executive Chairman

It is with great sadness that River & Mercantile announces that Paul Bradshaw, Non-Executive Chairman of the Group passed away yesterday.

Paul had been Non-Executive Chairman since the creation of the Group in 2014 and has played a key part in our subsequent development. The board, and staff, would like to express their sympathy and condolences to his family.

Peter Warry, Senior Independent Director, will become acting Chairman.
