Death of Director
The directors of Tawa plc ('Tawa" or the "Company") are saddened to announce that Robin Jackson, the Group's chairman and non-executive director, died on 23 September. Mr Jackson had served as a non‑executive director of the Company since February 2002. He will be greatly missed and our thoughts are with his family and friends. The Company will appoint an interim chairman at a board meeting to be called next week.
Gilles Erulin, Chief Executive of Tawa commented "Robin was a strong supporter of Tawa from its formation, having joined the board in 2002. We have therefore lost more than a business relationship; we have lost a close friend. All at Tawa will miss his professionalism and experience, but even more his sense of humour and his enthusiasm in driving Tawa forward".
