Death of Chairman
The directors of DP Poland PLC are sad to announce the sudden death of Richard Worthington, the Group's Chairman, who died unexpectedly on Friday 1 October. The Board extends its deepest sympathies to his family.
The Board wishes to acknowledge and express its gratitude for Richard's enormous contribution in setting up the company.
A Board meeting has been convened for early this week to appoint an interim Chairman.
