Death of Ian Bowles, CEO

It is with profound shock and sadness that Tribal Group announces that Ian Bowles, CEO, has very suddenly passed away. We extend our most heartfelt condolences and sympathy to Ian's family. Our thoughts are with them at this most difficult time.

With immediate effect, our Chairman, Richard Last, will become Executive Chairman, supported by Roger McDowell and Mark Pickett. A further announcement will be made in due course.
