PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia ingredients has been notified of the following purchase of shares from the open market by a Director.

In addition to the purchase noted above, a total of 212,171 shares held indirectly by Mr. Selway-Swift's wife have been transferred to other family members and so are no longer treated as an indirect interest.
