Northumbrian Water Group PLC02 April 2007 Northumbrian Water Group plc (the "Company") Dealings by employee trust The Company was advised on 2 April 2007 by the Trustee of the Northumbrian WaterGroup plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Trustee") that on 2 April 2007 it purchased35,463 ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company at £3.11 per share. Following this transaction the Trustee holds a total of 1,776,125 sharesrepresenting 0.34% of the share capital of the Company.
