("Works Media" or the "Company")

De-registration of Nominated Adviser

The Company announces that its Nominated Adviser, Dowgate Capital Advisers Limited ("Dowgate"), will cease to be on the register of Nominated Advisers on 4 January 2010. As such trading in the Company's shares will be suspended on that date. The Company will then have one month to appoint a new nominated adviser. Failure to do so will result in its admission to AIM being cancelled.
