DCC plc Board Retirement

DCC plc, the sales, marketing, distribution and business support services group, announces that Mr Bernard Somers, non-executive Director, retired from the Board on 5 November 2012, having completed just over nine years as a non-executive Director.

Mr. Somers also retired as Chairman of the Audit Committee on 5 November 2012 and has been succeeded by Ms. Jane Lodge.

Mr Somers has been a non-executive Director since September 2003 and the Board has benefited greatly from his wisdom and experience over that period.
