David Ward to step down as Company Secretary and Finance Director
AVEVA Group Plc (AVEVA) today notes the announcement that David Ward, currently Company Secretary and Finance Director reporting to AVEVA's Deputy CEO and CFO James Kidd, will be joining GB Group plc as a Board Director and CFO with effect from 17 May 2021.
David leaves AVEVA after 10 years of service and does so with the very best wishes of the Board and his colleagues.
