DAVID FLYNN APPOINTED CEO OF VERA&JOHN DIVISION

LONDON (UK) 22 September 2017 - Jackpotjoy plc (the "Company") (LSE:JPJ), the largest online bingo-led operator in the world, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Flynn as the new CEO of its Vera&John division, the Company's fully-integrated global online casino business acquired in December 2014. He will take on this role in October 2017.

David was most recently the Group Chief Commercial Officer at NYX Gaming Group Limited ("NYX"), where he was responsible for NYX's revenue generation world-wide. He was also a member of the Executive Management Team.

With more than 14 years in the iGaming business David has extensive digital gaming experience, having previously been both CEO and COO of NYX Interactive AB, prior to its merger with NextGen Gaming. He has also held executive management roles at Microgaming and Ongame.

Commenting on David's appointment, Jackpotjoy plc CEO Andrew McIver said: "We are delighted that David has joined as CEO of the Vera&John division.
