De-listing of Preference Shares

Further to the announcements made on 24 November 2023 and 18 December 2023, Bristol & West confirms that the cancellations of the admission of its Preference Shares ((ISIN: GB0000510205) to the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority and of their admission to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange are expected to take effect from 8.00 a.m. London time on 27 December 2023. The last day of trading of the Preference Shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange is therefore expected to be 22 December 2023.
