DATE OF BOARD MEETING

This is to announce that a meeting of the board of directors (the "Board") of Air China Limited (the "Company") will be held at the Conference Room One, 29/F, Air China Building, 36 Xiaoyun Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 27 August 2015, for the purpose of, among other matters, considering and approving the results of the Company for the six months ended 30 June 2015.
