Date of AGM and Delay to Admission of Shares

Salt Lake Potash Limited (The Company) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 20 November 2020.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of Directors. In accordance with clause 6.10 of the Company's Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Friday, 2 October 2020.

Any nominations must be received at the Company's registered office no later than 5.00 pm (Perth time) on Friday, 2 October 2020.

Issue of Shares

On 23 September 2002, the Company announced that application had been made for the admission to AIM of 22,592,223 new Ordinary Shares of no par value (Ordinary Shares) comprising 22,222,223 fully paid new Ordinary Shares at a conversion price of A$0.45 per Ordinary Share on conversion of the convertible notes issued to Equatorial Resources (as announced by the Company on 2 July 2020) and 370,000 new Ordinary Shares to Mr Matthew Bungey, a director of the Company, at a price of A$0.50 per Ordinary Share (as announced by the Company on 14 August 2020). The Company announces that commencement of dealings on AIM has been delayed and is now expected to occur on or around 29 September 2020.
