Announcement of Results
Camco International Limited (Camco), a leading climate change business in the growing carbon and sustainable development markets provides the following update on the announcement of the Company's preliminary results for the year to 31 December 2008.
Further to discussions with our auditors regarding the Company's revenue recognition policy the Board has decided to delay the announcement of the preliminary results. This will not impact the Company's cash balance disclosed in the trading update January 5th 2009 of €26.5 million as at 26th December 2008.
The company will update the market in due course about timing of announcement.
