D1 Oils Plc01 November 2006 1st November, 2006 D1 Oils plc Investor and Analyst Site Visit D1 Oils plc (D1), the UK-based global producer of biodiesel, is today hosting asite visit for investors and analysts. This will comprise a visit to theNetherlands, where D1 is carrying out its jatropha crop science programme, and atour of D1's refinery site at Middlesbrough, Teesside, in the North East ofEngland, where the company currently has 32,000 tonnes of biodiesel productioncapacity. In the Netherlands, the site visit will include the facilities where the D1research and breeding programme is being carried out to enhance jatropha yieldsper hectare and develop new elite seed for planting in conjunction with AgriomBV (www.agriom.nl). Working with Agriom, D1 has identified and collected morethan 130 accessions of jatropha to assess variations and planting quality. In Middlesbrough, analysts and investors will be shown D1's first operational UKrefinery site, where four 8,000 tonne D1 20 units are now producing biodieselfor UK sale, and where the company intends to deploy a further six D1 20 unitsto bring the site capacity up to around 100,000 tonnes of capacity during 2006. The visits will also include presentations on D1's agronomy, refining andtrading businesses. These presentations are available on the company's website, www.d1plc.com.
