Availability of Currency Election Form and Dividend Payment Instruction Form
Omega Insurance Holdings Limited ("Omega") announces that it has posted a Currency Election Form and a Dividend Payment Instruction Form to shareholders in respect of the interim dividend of US$0.06 per common share ("Interim Dividend"). The Interim Dividend, announced on 27 August 2009, will be payable on 28 October 2009 to those shareholders on the register as at 2 October 2009.
Information has also been posted separately to those shareholders who hold their shares in uncertificated form (CREST).
Copies of these documents are also available on the "Investor Information - Financial Reports and Documents to Shareholders" section of the Company's website at www.omegauw.com.
As required by the Listing Rules, copies of these Forms have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority for publication through the Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
