CULS Interest Payment Dates - replacement

ECOFIN WATER & POWER OPPORTUNITIES PLC (the "Company")

The following amendments have been made to the 'CULS Interest Payment Dates' announcement released on 25 April, 2016 at 10.21 under RNS No 1994W.

The ex-date is amended from 6 May, 2016 to 5 May, 2016.

The date on register is amended from 5 May, 2016 to 6 May, 2016.

All other details remain unchanged.

6% Convertible Unsecured Subordinated Loan Stock 2016 ("CULS") - Semi-annual Interest Payment

Interest is due on the CULS issued by the Company for the six month period to 31 May, 2016. The payment will be made on 31 May, 2016 to CULS holders on the register on 6 May, 2016. The ex-dividend date is 5 May, 2016.
