In accordance with their obligations under the Transparency Directive Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited on behalf of itself and Credit Suisse International notified the company on 14 May 2007 that as at 10 May 2007 it held voting rights in respect of 9,752,132 shares which represented 3.02% of the issued share capital of Bodycote International plc on that day.
