In accordance with their obligations under the Transparency Directive Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited on behalf of itself and Credit Suisse International notified the company on 2 May 2007 that as at 30 April 2007 it held voting rights in respect of 10,100,745 shares which represented 3.13% of the issued share capital of Bodycote International plc on that day.
