In accordance with their obligations under the Transparency Directive Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited on behalf of itself and Credit Suisse International notified the company on 26 July 2007 that as at 24 July 2007 it no longer held voting rights in respect of at least 3% of the issued share capital of Bodycote International plc (previously 3.07% on 13 June 2007).
