Hot Tuna (International) plc17 October 2005 17th October 2005 Hot Tuna (International) PLC ("Hot Tuna" or "The Company") Hot Tuna (International) PLC appoints Creative Director for Europe Hot Tuna (International) PLC (AIM: HTT) has appointed Oscar Verden as CreativeDirector for Europe. Oscar's principal role will be to co-ordinate the designof the Hot Tuna product range throughout Europe by presenting collections to theCompany's licensees and to retailers; he will be responsible for overseeing thehigh quality production by licensees and their partners, and ensuring that thebrand is appropriately positioned to maximise its image and growth. Oscar's first project, which commences immediately, is to work on the collectionfor autumn/winter 2006. He will be leading a group of designers and graphicartists as well as working alongside the head designer for Hot Tuna in the USA. Oscar is the founder and Managing Director of Map Print Ltd ("Map"), whoseprincipal brands are MAP and MAP London. The MAP brands are leading UK streetwear brands and are known throughout the world for humorous graphics and cuttingedge printing techniques. Oscar has been at the forefront of Map's creativedirection. Over the last few years Oscar has also been supporting the creationof other new brands in the UK and Europe, most notably Noodoll, Gang andEmbargo.
