Arena Leisure PLC07 November 2006 ARENA LEISURE PLC Creation of new Catering Division Arena Leisure Plc ("Arena"), the UK's largest operator of horseracing fixtures,announces that it has created a new company, Arena Leisure Catering Limited, todirect, manage and operate all the catering activities across Arena's portfolioof seven racecourses. The decision to found Arena Leisure Catering Limited was based on the beliefthat catering is a core element of the racing customer experience and thatcomplete ownership of the key aspects of this customer experience will enhanceand contribute to the long term success of Arena and each of its racecourses. In order to ensure a seamless transition, Arena and Letheby & Christopher willcontinue to work closely together up to and beyond the current contract expirydate of 31 March 2007.
