CPA Global Sale Completed

Further to the announcement on 19 January, Electra Private Equity PLC ("Electra") is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of its interest in intellectual property management services and software provider, CPA Global ("CPA"), to Cinven.

Electra has received total proceeds of £31.6 million, which based on today's exchange rates, generates a 60% IRR and a return of 2.3x original cost in under two years.

This represents an uplift in diluted NAV per share of 32p from the value of Electra's holding in CPA at 30 September 2011.
