Court of appeals confirms extension of injunction in favour of company shareholder

On 6 July 2020, Cablevisión Holding S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that on that date, the Company had been served notice of a decision rendered on 3 July 2020 by Chamber V of the Federal Court of Appeals on Administrative Litigation Matters in re "Burgueño Daniel v. Executive Branch - Argentine Securities Commission on Incident relating to Injunction" (File No. 89537/2018/3), whereby said Court decided to disregard the current judicial holiday (declared within the framework of the COVID-19 emergency) for the exclusive purpose of deciding on the appeal filed by the Argentine Securities Commission on 26 May 2020, rejecting said appeal and, consequently, confirming the extension of the term of the injunction.
