Further to the announcement on 27 June 2016 (the "Previous Announcement"), the Company announces that the court hearing to consider convening a meeting of the Bondholders and an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Company to consider and, if thought fit, to approve the Settlement has been scheduled for 4 July 2016 at 9:00am.

The Company's registered office address has changed to Nikodimou Mylona, 33 Marina Court 8047, Paphos, Cyprus. The centre of the Company's business operation remain at Office 606, 6th floor, Nicolaou Pentadromos Centre, Thessalonikis Street, 3025 Limassol, Cyprus.

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms in this announcement have the meaning given to them in the Previous Announcement.
