Court Declines the Attorney General's Decision to Freeze CEO's Personal Assets

Cairo, Monday 21/3/2013: EFG Hermes Holding S.A.E would like to announce that a court ruling was issued yesterday rejecting the Attorney General's decision ordered on 17/3/2013 to freeze the personal assets of the company's CEOs and others in connection with Al Watany Bank case, which is still pending before the courts.
