COURT JUDGMENT DECLARES AMCU INTENDED SECONDARY STRIKE UNPROTECTED
Lonmin ("Lonmin" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the Labour Court today, 15th March 2019, passed a judgement that the secondary strike proposed by the Association of Mineworkers and Construction Union ("AMCU") would be unprotected, preventing the union and its members from undertaking such action at the Company's operations. The Company's operations continue to run as normal.
