Court Case Update

The Directors of Avesco note the recent share price movement and press comment in relation to the Group's economic interest in the outcome of existing litigation brought by Celador International Ltd against The Walt Disney Company and others. The Directors confirm that the court process continues and that a further ruling is expected shortly.
