Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash and stock merger between Vistry Group (UK, constituent) and Countryside Partnerships (UK, constituent) please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

 

 

 

Countryside Partnerships (UK, BYPHNG0) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 index.

 

RPS Group (UK, 0759476) will be added to the FTSE 250 index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

 

Vistry Group (UK, 0185929) will remain in the FTSE 250 index.

 

All changes effective from 11 November 2022.
