Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE:MTMY, TASE:MTMY.TA) (the "Company") is hereby enclosing a copy of a letter received from legal counsel to the minority shareholder in Team Internet, Rainmaker Investments GmbH (the "Letter").

The Company will respond to the Letter separately and publication of the Letter does not constitute acceptance or agreement by the Company as to the merits of the claims and demands within the Letter.
