LENTA ANNOUNCES INCLUSION OF GDRs INTOFIRST (PRIMARY) QUOTATION LIST OF THE MOSCOW EXCHANGE

Lenta Ltd. ("Lenta" or the "Company") announces that on June 09, 2014 Closed Joint-Stock Company "MICEX Stock Exchange" has taken a decision to include as of June 11, 2014 global depositary receipts ("GDRs"), which represent ordinary shares of Lenta Ltd., into the first (primary) quotation list maintained by Closed Joint-Stock Company "MICEX Stock Exchange" ("MICEX"), a part of the Moscow Exchange Group. GDRs (ISIN: US52634T2006) were admitted to trading on the Moscow Exchange in March 2014 following the admission to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
