Emblaze Ltd ("Emblaze" or "the Company") TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES Herzeliya, Israel, 04 October 2012: Emblaze announces that in accordance withthe share repurchase programme announced on 04 September 2012, it purchased andtransferred into Treasury 11,464 of its own shares on 03 October 2012 at anaverage price of 48.75 pence per share.
Including shares which have been purchased but not yet settled, the Company now holds 29,245,632 of its shares in Treasury.
The number of shares in issue (excluding shares held in Treasury) is now 111,332,522.
