The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")
SHARE REPURCHASE
The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 140,187 ordinary shares in the Company on 19th November 2010 at a price of 670.83p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company holds 13,913,533 shares in Treasury and has 613,564,162 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
