Correction to Total Voting Rights

The following amendment has been made to the number of ordinary shares in issue and the total voting rights as disclosed in the Result of General Meeting announcement released at 12:46 on 16 December 2016 under RNS number 1040S. The relevant paragraph is restated correctly below and all defined terms have the same meaning as in the announcement made on 16 December 2016. All other details remain unchanged.

Following Admission the number of Ordinary Shares in issue is expected to be 135,286,860. The Company has 98,533 shares in treasury at the date of this announcement. Therefore the total voting rights in the Company is 135,188,327 (the "Voting Rights Figure"). The Voting Rights Figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their voting rights interest, or a change to that interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
