Correction to Shareholder Circular
On 31 October Microgen Plc ("Microgen") posted to its shareholders a copy of the circular (the "Shareholder Circular") setting out details of both the proposed tender offer and management incentive scheme.
Microgen wishes to advise its shareholders of a typographical error in Part 4, paragraph 3.2 on page 30 of the Shareholder Circular, which is not considered to be material in the context of the Shareholder Circular. That paragraph should read:
"The "Realised Gain" of a Division pursuant to a Realisation Event is calculated in accordance with the following formula:-
Final Value - (Deductible Cost - Total Returned Cash) = Realisation Gain"
