Correction - NWR Plc AGM Resolution Passed
This announcement replaces the previous announcement made on 26 April 2013 titled "NWR Plc AGM Resolution Passed" and contains updated poll results held for Resolutions 17-20 and 22.
New World Resources Plc confirms, that the resolutions contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting (dated 27 March 2013, and deposited with the National Storage Mechanism) were each passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
