Correction to the average price referred in the Purchase of Shares into Trust notification

On 28 March 2022 Baltic Classifieds Group PLC (the "Company") announced that the Company was notified that on 25 March 2022 Fiduchi Trustees Limited acting as trustee of the Baltic Classifieds Group PLC Employee Benefit Trust completed the purchase of 2,100,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at an average price of 134,62 pence each. The average price was incorrect and should have read "at an average price of 134.62 pence each".

All other details set out in the announcement were correct and remain unchanged.
