Correction to Preliminary Results announcement

The following amendments have been made to the Preliminary Results announcement released on 21 March 2016 under RNS No 6700S.

Final Dividend

The Preliminary Results announcement incorrectly stated that the Board had approved a final dividend of 5.6 pence per ordinary share at a meeting of the Board held on 18 March 2016. It went on to state that the final dividend would be payable on 29 April 2016 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 8 April 2016.

The Board had in fact recommended a final dividend of 5.6 pence per ordinary share for approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting. Once approved, the final dividend would be payable on 10 May 2016 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 15 April 2016.

The relevant information in the Preliminary Results announcement regarding the final dividend is restated correctly below.

Financial highlights:

- "Recommending final dividend per share (DPS) of 5.6 pence, bringing total dividend for the year to 7.0 pence inclusive of the previously paid 1.4 pence interim dividend (2014: 4.9 pence)"

Chairman's Statement

"The Board is recommending a final dividend of 5.6 pence per ordinary share. The final dividend will be payable on 10 May 2016 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 15 April 2016.

Together with the previously paid 2015 interim dividend of 1.4 pence per share, this gives a total dividend for the year of 7.0 pence per share."

Share Capital

Note 21 of the Consolidated Financial Statements should have quoted the number of ordinary shares held by Sanne Group Employees' Share Trust as 2,776,890 shares. The resulting total number of shares classified as Own Shares is 3,055,488. This is also reflected in Note 20, comment (vi) which should state 2,776,890 shares.

For clarification the share capital in note 20 has been updated to show:

"115,721,402 ordinary shares of £0.01 each (112,944,512 plus 2,776,890 Sanne Group Employees' Share Trust shares)".
