Correction to Grant of Awards to a PDMR
The following amendment is being made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released on 21st April 2020 under RNS number 6897K (the Initial Announcement), in relation to the below-named PDMR.
Under the Initial Announcement, the Company had incorrectly stated that it had granted 30,080 PSP Type A Awards to Duncan Watson. Duncan Watson was in fact granted 60,160 PSP Type A Awards.
All other details, including the number of shares granted to Duncan Watson under the PSP Type D Awards remain unchanged, and the amended announcement in relation to the grant of Duncan Watson's awards is shown below.
