Correction to Form of Proxy

BlueCrest ALLBLUE FUND LIMITED (the "Company")

CORRECTION TO FORM OF PROXY

Shareholders should note that the form of proxy for use at the extraordinary general meeting of all shareholders of ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company (the "Yellow Form of Proxy") on 8 February 2016 contains a typographical error on line six of the form.

"being (a) holder(s) of US Dollar Shares hereby appoint the Chairman of the EGM*"

This should read:

"being (a) holder(s) of Shares hereby appoint the Chairman of the EGM*"

Shareholders wishing to submit a Yellow Form of Proxy should print a replacement copy of the form from the Company's website, www.bluecrestallblue.co.uk. Alternatively, Shareholders may manuscript amend and initial the amendment to the form prior to submission.
