Correction to dividend date
As announced with the final results this morning, Ascential has recommended a final dividend of 4.0p for the year ended 31 December 2019. Subject to approval at the AGM on 6 May 2020, the final dividend will be paid on 11 June 2020 to shareholders on the register on 15 May 2020 ("record date"). This replaces the record date stated in this morning's results announcement.
