Correction to Director/PDMR Shareholding

ADAM announces a correction to the disclosed shareholding in the Company of Barry Lau, Managing Partner of the Company's investment manager, Adamas Asset Management (HK) Limited.

On 31 October 2016, the Company announced that Mr. Lau had purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of no par value each in ADAM ("Ordinary Shares") and that his resulting shareholding was 365,000 Ordinary Shares. In fact, Mr. Lau had purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares and his resulting shareholding at that time was 355,000 Ordinary Shares. The details of the two purchases which totalled 25,000 Ordinary Shares shown in the announcement on 31 October 2016 were correct.

Following further purchases announced on 23 November 2016, 28 November 2016 and 5 December 2016, Mr. Lau's current shareholding is 435,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.23% of the Company's issued share capital.
