Correction to Director Shareholdings

Further to the Wessex Exploration PLC ("Wessex" or the "Company") announcement of 31 October 2014, following completion of the acquisition of Hague and London Oil BV, the Company has been advised that Andrew Cochran (Chairman and Interim Chief Executive) has a beneficial interest in 103,058,787 shares in Wessex, representing approximately 10.68 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital and William Phelps (Non-Executive Director) has a beneficial interest in 63,841,213 shares in the Company, representing approximately 6.61 per cent. of the enlarged share capital.
