Correction to Director Appointment Announcement
Audioboom (AIM: BOOM) announces that, further to the announcement of 5 August 2016 in relation to the appointment of Steven Smith as a director of the Company, the announcement omitted certain information on his directorships.
Accordingly, the directorship information on Steven Smith included in the announcement of 5 August 2016 provided pursuant to AIM Rule 17 should have read as follows:

Steven Smith was appointed as a director of Photobition Group Plc on 1 November 1996 and resigned as a director on 12 October 2001. On 31 October 2001, an administrative receiver was appointed to Photobition Group Plc and the company was then subsequently dissolved on 15 July 2014.
Steven Smith was also appointed as a director of several subsidiary companies within the Photobition Group, each of which he resigned as a director from on 12 October 2001, and each of which subsequently entered into creditors' voluntary liquidation proceedings. Further details of those directorships and proceedings are set out below:

Steven Smith was also appointed as a director to two further subsidiaries of Photobition Group Plc, each of which he resigned as a director from on 12 October 2001, and each of which subsequently entered into compulsory liquidation proceedings. The details of these directorships were:
· Appointed to Graphics Realisations (BS) Limited on 10 December 1999, which was subject to an administration order on 9 July 2002; and
· Appointed to Gardiner Laminating Limited on 2 October 2000, which was subject to an order to wind-up on 7 October 2002.
Steven Smith was also appointed as a director of Equinox Special Project Limited on 12 December 2001 and resigned as a director on 16 September 2002. On 12 February 2003, a creditors' voluntary liquidation process commenced with the appointment of a liquidator.
Steven Smith was also appointed as a director of Risc Management Limited on 13 October 2005 and resigned as a director on 24 May 2013. The company entered administration on 21 January 2014 and was subject to a creditors' voluntary liquidation on 2 December 2014. The liquidators appointed expect to make a distribution to unsecured creditors, although they are unable to confirm the amount or timing. The liquidators are currently in receipt of claims from unsecured creditors of £511,436.
