CORRECTION TO DELISTING ANNOUNCEMENT

Further to the announcement released on 3 April 2018 concerning the proposals in relation to the voluntary winding-up of the Company and cancellation of the admission to trading on the AIM Market ("AIM") and The International Stock Exchange ("TISE"), the Company confirms that trading in its shares on AIM are due to be suspended from 7.30 a.m. on 2 May 2018, not 7.00 a.m. as indicated in the earlier announcement. If the Proposals are approved by the requisite majority of shareholders at the EGM due to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 2 May 2018, the admission of its shares to trading on AIM and TISE will be cancelled with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 3 May 2018.
