COPPER RESOURCES CORP ("the Company") CORRECTION REGARDING TOTAL NUMBER OF SHARES IN ISSUE

Further to the announcement on 21st November relating to the exercise of options, Copper Resources Corp ('CRC', 'the Company') announces a correction to the total number of shares in issue. The total number of the Company's shares currently in issue is 81,129,182.

As previously announced, there are 2,749,929 warrants and 3,339,057 vested options which remain outstanding.
