A prior announcement today incorrectly stated that a scheme document had been published and posted to its shareholders by Avast plc and that a prospectus had been published by NortonLifelock Inc. This announcement was released in error, and these documents have not yet been published, posted or otherwise made available. Further details will be provided in due course.
